"Bypass Speed Increased"

This past week when I was coming back from Va, I noticed the speed limit on the bypass has been increased to 70 MPH instead of 65 now.

I had gone up to Suffolk via US 32, so I didn't use the bypass on the way up. My Dad had just gotten back two days before me though, so it must have been changed sometime Monday (Dec 10, 2007). They've also raised to speed to 60 MPH between Va and the Bypass, so the trip was a bit quicker this time.
