"Fire vandals strike again."

There have been about 6 fires in Holiday Island and 3 that I've seen here in Snug Harbor over the last several months ...

The most recent one was an abandoned rental trailer that doesn't have any homes close enough to have seen much. This seems to be the case with several of the fire bugs targets. I noticed the red flashing lights Tuesday evening around 10 PM, and went out to see what was going on.

One of my neighbors had walked up there first, and came back to report the trailer around the corner was burning really bad. This particular trailer belongs to my parents, but they've been in the process of seeling it. The new owners had arrived two days later and was really upset by the destruction.

Even though there wasn't anyone currently renting it from him, replacing it and clearing the old trailer out are going to be costly. The Fire Marshal is still investigating it, but if anyone has any leads, please call the Sheriff's Department at (252) 426-5615 and let them know.
