"Snug Harbor Cookout"

The Snug Harbor Community Church had a cookout for members of Snug Harbor yesterday on the grounds.

There was plenty of BBQ, hotdogs, chips, sodas, cookies, and the works for everyone that showed up. Gossir Enterprise had a large cooker set up, and the food was GREAT!

The kids had plenty of fun with four clowns that showed up. There were bags of goodies for each one, and all kinds of games they played. With the water ballon contest, pie eating contest, and shaving cream contest .. not many of them were the same when they left, as they'd been when they arrived.

The band played plenty of songs, and everyone seemed to have a really good time. Each member signed in as they came, and were given name tags. The name tags helped a lot, since I'm terrible at remembering everyones name.

This year marked the 1st year for our annual cookout. It was successful enough that we're sure this will begin a new tradition.
